• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order if you need a different size or design.
• Final Sale Items: Custom or clearance items are non-returnable.
