Does requesting an art proof cost money?
No. If you are planning to place an order with us, our art staff will be happy to send you an art proof free of charge.
How long does it take to receive an art proof once I’ve sent in my request?
Typically, you should expect to have an art proof within 1-2 business days of submitting your request. Do keep in mind that we are closed on the weekends, though, so those days are not be factored into this time frame.
Can I place an order if I’m not with a Greek organization?
Of course! We’d be more than happy to create a design for you, your business, club, school, or for any other purpose that you might need shirts! Feel free to send us your ideas!
What is the minimum order size?
24 shirts is the minimum order size required.
Can I get a specific shirt that I don’t see on the site?
If you’re looking for a specific shirt that you don’t see on our website, please feel free to contact us about it! We are able to order almost any shirt style that you may think of. However, there are certain materials that are not suitable for printing.
Can I order multiple shirt colors?
Yes. As long as your design remains the same on each shirt color, you are more than welcome to order more than one color.
Can I order multiple shirt styles?
Yes. You can mix and match shirt styles for the same order (for example, long sleeves, short sleeves, and tank tops all with the same design).
How are your prices calculated?
Our prices are based on your order size, garment style, and your chosen design. Designs with more colors and more printed areas (front, back, sleeve, etc) will be more slightly expensive.
What happens after I choose my design?
When you’re ready to place your order, we’ll send you a personal link via email for you to view your proof before printing. From there, you and your organization’s members can view your proof and input your order information (size, color, etc). You can also add multiple garments to your order, like sweatshirts or other apparel.
Not only does this link show you your art proof, but it also provides:
- The submission deadline for printing
- Your order status
- Garment size and color options
- The price per garment
- Shipping information
- Submitted sizes and quantities from chapter members
You’ll have a time limit to finalize and submit your order based on the date you need your order delivered. After that date has passed, you’ll no longer be able to make purchases for your order.
How do I pay?
You can place your order all at once and check out, or share the custom order link so that your members can place individual orders and pay. With the second option, the custom order link will show details on your proof of who has placed an order so far. You’ll still be able to view who added to your order even after the deadline for printing passes.
Once you’re ready, you can check out and enter your billing information once you’ve added your order to your cart. Remember, your order will be shipped to your chapter even if your billing address is different!

When will I receive my order?
Typically our production time is around 2 weeks from the date you place your order to when you receive it. However, this timeline can vary depending on your location and order size. If you have a specific deadline for your order, be sure to mention it ahead of time and we’ll be happy to work with you!
