Yes, we provide complete customization options for all of our designs. If you have specific ideas or need adjustments to our existing designs, we can modify them to fit your needs.
How do I get a price quote?
Getting your price quote is easy with these options:
- Submit an Art Proof Request: Fill out a request form on our website. After you receive the art proof, your customer representative will provide a precise quote based on your specifications.
- Call Us: Contact us at 407-740-5455 for an estimate. Please provide your design details, estimated order size and shirt brand/style.
- Email Us: Send your information to [email protected] for a quote. Include your design info, order size and shirt brand/style in your email.
How do I start a proof?
Starting a proof is simple:
- Use the Custom Design Button: Click on the “Custom Design” button at the top of our website.
- Customize a Template: Choose a design from our templates and select “Customize This Design” on that page.
Are your proofs free?
Normally, art proofs are free of charge. However, if you need vectorized art files for external use or printing, there will be a fee. The cost depends on the time and level of customization required.
How quickly can I get my proof back?
- Simple Edits: If you’re making minor adjustments to our template designs, you can expect your proof within 1 business day.
- Custom Designs or Complex Edits: For more detailed edits or custom designs, proofs typically take 2-5 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?
Metro Greek accepts a variety of payment options for your convenience, including credit cards, bank transfers, Apple Pay and Venmo. We prioritize your security; thus, no card information is stored on our site.
What is your turnaround time?
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 weeks, depending on our current schedule and availability.
How can I track my order?
You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor its journey to you.
What are the estimated delivery times for domestic and international orders?
We strive to ship all orders within 10 days of receiving the final payment. The arrival time of your order may vary depending on your location and shipping selection. If you have a specific deadline for your order, be sure to mention it beforehand, and we’ll be happy to work with you!
Do you ship internationally, and what are the charges and customs duties?

Can you individually ship orders?
We do not offer individual shipping on orders at this time. All orders are shipped as a single batch.
